About the Bidding Process

We do everything we can to make the bidding process as easy as possible for you. Here's a quick rundown of what you can expect when you invite us out to bid on your building.

Schedule a Meeting

Pick a time that works best with your schedule and Dustin will make it work with his. Dustin will give you a call to confirm your meeting.

We'll Take a Tour

You'll do a building walkthrough with Dustin where you'll discuss everything we may need to know about your building and cleaning requirements. 

Proposal Sent

We'll send your proposal with a full pricing breakdown for you to review. We know your time is important, so we like to get this to you within a day or two of your walkthrough. 

Decision

Once you have all the information you need from us, the choice is all up to you. We'll remain available as a resource to you through your decision-making process to answer any concerns you may still have.
