Erin is President of Summit Building Services. With over a decade of industry experience, she leads Summit to success everyday.

Erin works with our Managing Partners to utilize our operations and executive strategies and systems. From start-up assistance to executive management training, she's always working to help others be successful!

Tom Lesiczka

Tom is the Vice President of Summit Building Services. He leads our administrative team to success everyday.

From HR to sales, Tom has the knowledge and experience to help our Managing Partners navigate the ins and outs of owning a business. He focuses on efficiency and growth, while mainting a "Service First" approach.

Sales and marketing MAnagement

Hannah Parson

Hannah is Summit's marketing manager and works closely with our sales team. She manages our CRM, lead generation, and marketing efforts.

Hannah helps our Managing Partners get plugged into our tech stack, and provides training and ongoing support. She connects our sales team with our Managing Partners and works to build processes and strategies that lead to sales success.
